Many customers do collect their furniture from us, but we offer an outstanding home delivery service, second to none.
We are so proud of our delivery team and, when we are compared to any online Furniture retailers our delivery Service can only be described as superb.
All the deliveries are carried out by our own Delivery Staff (and not an independent contractor) in our own fleet of modern vehicles. We conveniently deliver Monday to Friday daytime hours. We will always select a day with plenty of prior notice for convenience.
Provide us with your mobile phone number and we text you the day before we arrive to give you a 4 hour delivery window and to remind you that your furniture is on it’s way. We can always call ahead before we arrive if you would like us to!
The Service we provide includes the following duties:
- - Place the furniture in the room of choice, where possible
- - Unwrap all furniture and leave it in a usable condition
- - Remove all unwanted packaging material
- - Build up all Wardrobes ready for use
The Delivery teams are all very friendly, efficient and helpful people. If you have any concerns whatsoever with your delivery they will happily assist you. The excellent furniture we sell is only but mirrored by the service we provide with it !
